It's Spring!

And with Spring comes all the outside mowing, trimming , irrigation fixing and garden digging. In between we have have wonderful sunshine, freaky hail , strong winds and a bit of rain. You, know, a normal Spring.

I have got a little finished in the sewing room. I just sent this quilt off to some friends of ours. This one was made for summer time use as it can get quite warm where they live.

As you can see from the first picture, some of those winds were happening.

Now I am putting the binding on this spool quilt that was a year long block challenge a few years ago by Bonny Hunter.

Two finishes plus one doll that unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of. Not too bad considering all the outside work done the last two months. Now I have put the Celtic Soltice quilt back on the wall so I can finish it up too!

I have saved so many patterns that it is really hard to pick the next one to try. Maybe I should catch up with Lyn Brown's Do You See BOM, make the Owls From Fat Cat Patterns, another Scrap quilt, some small baby size? Too many choices.

Well that's all for now....
