Yes I Did....

Merry Xmas to me! I love my husband!!! This is my new Sew Easy table. After reading the info on Bonny Hunter's site Quiltville, I just couldn't put this off anymore.  Just finished test driving it and it works so awesomely....
Also I am about half way on Easy Street which is Bonny Hunters mystery for the year.  It has gone together not too bad though I am finding myself tired of putting the blocks together already.  Never fear though as I will finish this top before I go on.  Here is how far I have progressed so far....

My design wall won't hold any more blocks, so I will just keep making the last of them before putting it all together.
I have sandwiched my Orca Bay and Dog quilt while I awaited the Sew Easy table to arrive.  Hopefully in the next month I just might get 2 more quilts finished.  That will leave Easy Street and cat profile quilt to finish.  I can't tell you off hand who designed the cat and dog quilt but will try to get that information for the final pictures.

I have been playing around with some scrappy houses also.  I think that this project will be for some of those times when I just want to mindlessly sew.
I had ordered some fabric from Missouri Quilt Company last August and a part of the order was back ordered.  Last week I got a call from them saying that that Charm Pack was not going to become available so could they substitute?  Heck yes!!! This is what they sent me.... Of course the chocolate was the first to go... so much energy spent opening the package.  Civil War Quilter is doing a sampler quilt called Dixie Diary and she is using the Metropolitan Fair Charm Pack shown above. I have started saving the patterns because my list of things to finish is too long. (Sheesh, where have I heard that before?)
Okay, back down to the sewing room... Easy Street here I come
